I'm thinking put my boat in Bayside, I think some of our Hubbard fishing crew are leasing the dock there,
I want to know if you can help, how long is the lease 6 or 12 month? and what is the monthly would be?
any deposit? My boat is 21'. if you are now on the lease with them can you PM me I do have some question please.

Yearly lease, requires 1st & last month rent for deposit. I have a 12 x 28 slip, $3600.00 per year. They have a variety of slip sizes at various pricing. Private boat ramp as well.

We moved to chandlers from bayside and like Chandlers more. To many rumors on whats going on at bayside. Every time you turn around theywere changing plans and they told everybody no more baiting out slips. About the same price at Chandlers

Hey Minh the Merciless. The few I know at Bayside they moved to Chandlers. The future at Bayside is uncertain I hear... but remember to invite me to your new boat slip when the crappie are biting ok?
