 Blurring horizon on pictures

I asked this question in another post and it went unanswered. Ive seen people post their catch and blur out the background as to not give the spot away... How do you do this? I have an IPhone if that matters.

I'm sure there are several different types of photo editing software that can be used. I don't have an answer for you but I'd just search on the iphone and download a few until you find one that does waht you want.

go to EDIT in your iphone pic and you can find ways to blur/color/etc the pic

If there are some on here having a real hard time catching fish, next time I go I'm not only going to post a picture I'm going to give the coordinates, the time, the lure I used and the technique. I'm not a guide and I probably just got lucky anyway.
