I see a boat ramp in Moffat off Lakeaire drive in Moffat. Years ago I went with a guide and met him there. Is this ramp open to the public? I’m taking my dad early morning tomorrow for whites on a kayak and don’t want him to paddle all the way from Rogers. Paddling from this ramp would cut his workout in half and we could fish longer.

Public ramp. For kayaks should be no problem. Lake is down 4.29 ft and launching a boat there might be a problem. It's a short ramp.

We decided to go without knowing if it was public or not and it was perfect for our kayaks. Anyone on a boat beware though, we could see the end of the ramp about 8 feet from the waters edge. And....the whites were hitting hard around the flats this morning starting at 9 am. Good day!
