Never got one. Mine is a 2012 115 2 stroke and I just serviced it last week myself for it's first time. I changed the fuel filter, air filter, plugs, lower unit gear oil, primer bulb, and greased fittings. I know I should have taken it in but they (Bass Pro/Tracker Marine) wanted more than I could afford and at a $100 an hour it adds up quick for a person on a fixed income. My Merc. run like a Swiss watch for six years without a service and still going strong. One tough Merc!!! Please don't take the chance that I did. Mine will be serviced regularly from here on out. Do some of the work if you can and save some $$$.
