Not a good sign that the website is down....Sure hope it is just a small issue and everyone gets their reels. Glad to know that the credit card companies fight fraud like they do just in case everyone needs them.

Lol guess it�s about time to dispute the transaction.

I went to the bank today. I got the ball rolling. I knew it was to good to be true.

I tried to email the guy that sent me my tracking number but he will not even respond. I contacted the CC company and put a disputed charge against them. Now they can deal with my CC company and I will get my money back. Its a shame that people just look to take advantage of others and hope they go to jail for it.

I ordered on July 26th and I am about to contact the CC company.

That is why you use a credit card!!!! you have recourse. Notify your credit card company and let them handle it.

So when did you order from them before? It seems that everyone else got scammed by them. Many people probably put in an order because you gave them a good review. Whats up with that??????

Well it wasn't really that much cheaper than one place on eBay.

They have sold them for $114.00 shipped and they are $149.00 right now instead of $179.00 MSRP.

I bought a $1500.00 ACOG scope for $725.00 on one of those "Too good to be true!" sales once and I thought there is no way I will get it but I did.

Cabela's just had Helix 10's on sale for $599.00 and for the quick ones it seemed "Too good to be true!" but their orders went through.

No, I am not associated with them. When I saw the original post I could not find the website and then a following post clarified the web address and I went there. I was in a hurry and impulsively put 2 reels in the basket and at checkout I noticed my computer had my login info for the site and populated my info on the form once logged in....this was not done with autofill. That is why I believed I had ordered from there before, I have bought dozens of reels online, some at big discounts in the last couple of years. Looking back now I believe that I had ordered from a shopify website before and the info was stored by them? Even then I have not had any issues with them or any other online purchases before and I buy tons of stuff online. I always use a CC so it can be disputed if there is a problem but have never had to do that.....yet. I am still waiting to see if they show up after the time quoted in the email before I dispute the charges. Sorry for seeming to promote them, I really thought that I had bought from them before due to my computer having the login for the website stored!

Just got a refund from my cc company. Once i seen what was going on i reported it to chase. Today i got a deposit into my checking.
