Caught two 5+ pound fish on the 5 inch Bull Shad yesterday, got me thinking if I should invest in the larger size Bull Shads (either the 7 or 8 inch). Anyone have success on the larger size in the East Texas Lakes? Thanks

Triton Mike Bucca is a fishing friend of mine. I supported his DOODAD (feathered trailer) business for a few years, back a LONG time ago, 1997-2001. GREAT GUY and GREAT BAITS. I would purchase a 7 or 8" Bull Shad and hang on. As mentioned above, less bites but bigger quality. Hope this helps. If you want to ask Mike Bucca, I still have his phone number and e-mail address, too. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like I need to go ahead and make the purchase.
