Has the effort to control salvinia had much success on Rayburn? Last time I was there, it was in all the coves if fished.

Nature takes care of it. It does have some bad years here and there but overall it's not that bad. I dont see near as much this year. Probably due to the extreme cold we had this winter. That stuff cant take that kind of cold very well

Some salvinia aint all bad. Problem is when you get some you often get too much. Seems to be in check this year. Specially on Caddo!

I haven't see much from Veach to Mill Creek this year. There was a little mixed in the hay grass but IMO not near as thick as it has been in the past few years.

Definitely not near what I've seen in years past although I've never seen it really bad except maybe in the back of a couple creeks
