I bent my trolling motor shaft, MG Brute 67 lb thrust. Any suggestions on how to straighten the shaft without damaging anything?
Thanks in advance!

Take it off and mark the bend set on bricks bent side up and lightly apply pressure, it's aluminum and will bend some just be careful. Bent mine twice and straightened ok till this last time I bent it nearly double. Now it's setting in the corner of the garage until cooler weather. I had a tournament coming up so bought a new MG X5 from David at Shut up and Fish.

I bent mine once and used wood blocks while it was still on the boat. Just stood my fat a$$ whichever way needed and it came out perfect.
