I'm gone to the mountains where it's much much cooler!
I will be back guiding for Labor Day weekend and again in the Fall.

On the fishing part the lake still has early morning schooling action along the 309 flats and they are actually holding on deeper humps throughout the day.
It's summer time fishing so it's not at it's best but it's still fun to go!

If you would like to schedule a trip for the upcoming Holidays or for the cooler months call me!

Bob Holmes longest running fishing guide on the lake and still the lake record holder!

Post pics of your mountain range get-away ! Taos and Red River are great this time of year. Enjoy the mountain stream fishing.

Large minnows work well too.
