My hot wife has had 2 pilar cysts on her head. The first one she ruptured when she banged her head on the car door, and I got to play Dr. Pimple Popper on her. It was one of the most disgustingly awesome experiences of my life.

She went to a real pimple popper doctor and had the second one cut out. It made me feel so cheated and used. Very disappointing.
