Thanks I was leaning toward Dobyns fury but thought the heavy was needed.

The 795 is a great rod. Depending on how heavy the rig is the 805 might be better though

Yall might get a kick out of this. I was going to order some a rigs when I order the rod. But Id made some a while back but didnt turn out so well, probably 3 times heavier than store bought ones. The wife saw me carrying the postal scales to the shop to weigh them. She came out to see what I was doing. Said she thought I might have started selling drugs to pay for my fishing habit. Still dont know what they weigh. The flap on the box it was in came open and it fell on the driveway. New battery and it still wont work.

Mine too. For the most part she encourages me to do what I enjoy. She has jokingly put me on Academy restriction though... lol She doesnt know about Tackle Warehouse yet though. 😎
