Think you have go to the east side of the state to find bass. I could be wrong.

Spent a couple of days perusing Pike Place market last year. What a fascinating place.

Long Lake in Kitsap County by Port Orchard has some good bass fishing, my best friend pulled a lake record 8 pounder out of there in 88. There is also some bass fishing in Lake Washington but it is tough.

Go Salmon fishing. I went out of Sooke BC. It was a pretty good day. Interesting to see a total other type of fishing. We also went in Puget Sound. But the fish were much smaller there. Might have just been the timing. We went in July.

You aren't going to find much good bass fishing up there but there is some really good Trout and Salmon fishing.

Lived up there for a few years. Black Lake in Olympia is pretty solid for largemouth and smallmouth. A lot of the smaller lakes hold bass as well and aren’t super pressured since most people trout fish in the lakes. If your willing to travel south of Seattle, there are a lot of options. Not a lot of shore fishing opportunities since houses line most of the lakes.
