Hargis, get the Cable Guard system from Precision Sonar.com

Cable Guard (Video)
Fits Minnkota Terrova, Ulterra, Ultrex, and Motor Guide xi5 If you want to run an external transducer on one of these trolling motors this is the way to go. The transducer cable is housed in a heavy-duty coiled hose and attached to the top and bottom of the trolling motor shaft by a machined aluminum clamp. This positions the transducer cable away from the housing allowing the trolling motor to turn without binding the transducer cable. Easy to follow installation instructions.

For the air line you only need 3 coils starting at the base of the shaft.

I used to get interference on mine as well. Rerouted the graphs power cables away from the tm power cables and it went away

I tried teh airline coil and that didn't work very well because it wasn't springy enough. I was able to get a hinge spring and tied the cable to it. This actually worked well. The line is close to being tight when deployed, and the spring acts as a tensioner, and would give when the motor spins a few times around. I couldn't deploy it while on the trailer, but took some pictures of it stowed. I hope you can see what I'm talking about. If not, let me know and I'll try to take some.
Tim
