So you have a total of three Ethernet cables going to the hub.

Have you double checked to make sure the hub is powered up?

It must have power as it will let me see and controls the trolling motor.

Have you tried hooking the ulterra directly to each unit one at a time to see if each unit can at least see the ulterra.

Then try hooking the units together and start one unit up and let it completely boot up then start the next one

What is the best map for the Helix 7/Texas lakes? Doesn't the Helix 7 have a nice map built in? What are the benefits of a supplemental map?

It's G2.

Depending on the mfg date, it could have two maps in the memory. One is called Uni-map and has no contours for any body of water (basically a color background with some highways and rough outline of some bodies of water).

The other is the new Humminbird Basemap or you can install it with an update. That is the 2017 issue of Lakemaster contour mapping, but none are HD. An example is Lake Fork has 10' contours.

The unit will read any Lakemaster map product, any Navionics map product, and Auto Chart maps (created by sonar logs via computer software). It also has Auto Chart Live built in to create your own HD contour mapping in real time.

Gotta buy a new transducer, knocked it off and trolling motor ate it. Helix 10 DI (NON-MEGA). Had XTM 9 DI 25 T before but looking at the XTM 9 Wide DI 20. My question is: Will the Wide DI 20 work with the older Helix 10, and has anyone bought one? Thoughts?

My helix 9 di gps gen 1 is stuck in shut down mode even if powered up remotely it will not shut off unless I unplug the power from it. It worked flawlessly yesterday and went into this crazy mode to today when it was first powered up. Any ideas before I ship it back?

I recently switched from Gen 1 HDS to Helix 10 gen 1s. I have moved my rear transducer every which way and I still am getting a very dark reading on the left side of my side scan. I can swap to 800khz and it completely blacks out. I consider myself pretty good with these things but I can't fix this issue.

I started here with the ducer:

I am currently here with it. I have been everywhere in between. The image does not change no matter what I do.

I understand the images aren't the best but the unit currently freezes every time I try to insert my sim card.

What do yall think?
