Morning all. I'm headed to the DFW area in a couple of weeks and would like to try out a couple of lakes. Any of the lakes within about an hour of Ft. Worth have pads or other emergent veg. worth checking out? Any help is appreciated.

Lake worth has oceans of pads up river. I've never caught a fish in them either.
