Found a good bunch of fish on top this morning off the point across from Lake Park, and caught about 30 on topwaters. It was a little nuts with 20+ boats working them, and a couple of guys ran through the middle of the school, but overall folks were well behaved. Beautiful morning to be on the water. Happy Father's Day to all you Dads.

I joined the boat show about 7:45 with my 5 and 7 year olds. It took us a little while to find a school that would stay up for more than a minutes, but once we did it was a fish or two almost every cast until they had enough about 9:30. I've been using a small Pop R with a 1/16 oz white crappie jig tied about 3 feet below. They usually hit the crappie jig, but sometimes both. I went back out after dropping off the kids and found them again over towards the 121 cut, had acres of fish mostly to myself.

It did seem most people were well behaved, like you said, but don't those guys know they make trolling motors for pontoon boats!?

We were there in the boat show. Got there at 6:45am and there was 5 other boats. It soon got crowded fast and before you knew it there was about 30. We caught a lot of other peoples line too. But everyone was very courteous and we had a blast. But yeah. There was a pontoon that just drove right through our school of topwater with about 4 other boats fishing on. All in all a great Fathers Day trip. Fish on!
