Hey Fellow Anglers,
I am looking for recommendations on the very best technician to help me with proper motor position setup and prop selection to achieve peak boat performance. I am in the DFW area so I would really like to stay fairly close if possible.
Thanks!

That's easy. Get the biggest motor you can afford. In fact, if you have to mortgage the double-wide, do it!
As far as prop selection, you're either wanting top-end or hole-jump. I prefer top-end. The rooster tail is much more impressive, and the other anglers are always giving a thumbs up as you go by disrupting their fishing.

Steve’s Custom Props in Quitman. I know it isn’t fairly close but not extremely far either. I have heard lots of people recommend him ^^^^^^^^ This... Well worth the drive... You will be glad you did. I got a Hydrodynamics Rapid Jack jack plate next door and the prop Steve's recommended. Took it out the next day and it was a different boat. My buddy said, "Well, I guess you got it dialed in..."
