you are really at a good point here, your young enough to make a decision that can change your life quite a bit (no pressure !!)
its seems a natural that you should be a chef/cook
so all that left is where & whats it pay ?
If you afford to climb Mt Everest then you could likely afford to start your own small place (of which a majority fail in less than a year) so ya gotta be great, niche maybe ; eye towards cars and places dealers can take clients ?
I feel wherever you land it will be on your feet.

I'm confused. You resigned from your job but you're still taking calls to buy and sell vehicles? Yes I can do that all on my own from my cell phone anywhere. And I will be back up and running on the first

Have only been to Amelia Island by Jacksonville and Destin. Jacksonville is ALL THE WAY across FL so by car it's a haul. Destin is cool but I'm thinking touristy (went 15 years ago). Maybe check out Ft. Walton Beach. That's all I have on FL. As for the work situation......we all have to have some down time or we'll lose it. I hope yours works to your advantage and I wish you and your family good luck. NOW enjoy the time off!
