Are the fish on a good topwater bite on RR. I've been on Lewisville the past 2 weeks and tw has been non existent for me. Catching only small fish on cranks and flukes with booted tail. Time for a switch.

You can get bit on a popper. I have caught them on plopper, frog and buzzbait but the bite doesn't last long. The popper was the best for me this weekend. However, I am not sure Roberts is the answer. After about 10 AM the shallow bite is far and few between.

That switch isnt a good one if youre looking to RR for better numbers.

If you can't find em wind em.

If you run the shade lines at Bridgeport you can throw a topwater almost all day.

Catching them stuck to the bottom right now in 19-27 feet. Prob some top water fish around but I think your good ones are deep.

Same with me. Yesterday caught only one, but it was on a crank bait bumping the bottom in 16' of water.
