Had a trailer tire delaminate today...appx 6000yds from my garage. I feel fortunate the tire did not blow....was able to limp it home with no damage. The good news....Tore them up on Athens.....put 10    in the boat....lost one, it was a giant. Still, better than not fishing.

 Had the same thing happen. Do yourself a favor and replace it with a Goodyear Endurance tire, only trailer tire made in America. That's the only tire I will buy from now on. 87 mph tire. Tired of blow outs.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

same for me this weekend --left rayburn and shucked the tread off close to diboll
limped it all the way to lufkin to get new one
pulled it about 10 miles @ 40 --it never blew and was fully inflated when i got to the tire shop !
hot weather and hot asphalt will always find a weak tire

Tired of blow outs. I'm guessing that's a Chinese marathon. No not a Marathon but is a Chinese made tire. It was a D rated 65 mph tire too. I always keep my tires properly inflated because that's a real problem with trailer tires. I paid $124 at Discount for the Endurance tire but well worth it for the warranty and peace of mind. That blow out happened at 5:30 in the morning 1/4 mile from the ramp at Fork. $#&(#%^#
