Twice yesterday morning I was fishing a couple different humps and had the same guy come off pad and idle completely around me and I could hear his GPS beeping as he marked the humps. While I was fishing!
Come on men, if you are going to do that at least do a simple drive by and turn off the sound on the unit.
We still know you are potlicking the spot but at least try to fake it.

I dont worry about people like that. Not like they can read a map for themselves anyway

It is SAD that some people fish that way, because they do not know how to find anything on their own. They should go hire a guide to learn the lake or spend more time of it themselves. There are all kinds of people out there and I try not to get riled up about the silly goofy ones. LOL. I laugh at them as they pass, because that makes them made, but such is life. Takes all kinds to make it go round. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

I know I'll probably get blasted here, but it seems some put way too much stress in your fishing. I know, I don't fish for a living, I just fish to live.

No shame anymore and people just dont care to find fish. Much easier to see a guy catch a fish and hit a waypoint. I had a few choice words with a couple guys last week on granbury. I knew better than to stop on this spot with them close but against my better judgment did. I can get mad or I can get over it. I said my peace and moved on.

Honestly......what's the big deal? If they can't find spots in their own, certainly they can't catch fish either.

On the positive .....at least they just marked it a left.

I think you are getting bent out of shape for nothing.

You know that they can mark a waypoint from across the lake, right? Move the cursor to where you sitting and press a button. It's the new age. Get used to it.

Right, I camped on a brush pile heading up into Birch long enough to have bass boats enter and leave. A lot seemed very interested in what I was doing and why I was in the same spot when they left. Why is it that if you have a nice boat, poles and all, people think you know what your doing? I never noticed that in my tin boat.

Had a guy do the same thing to me this weekend on a deep rock pile.

The whole mentality of I have one day a week to fish and I just want to go catch them not look for them ticks me off. I wouldnt call It bent out of shape over nothing, it took a lot of time to find thatpile.... go find another one.

It produces about one month a year as it is. Dont need more window lickers around it when they are eating my secret bait.

I can't imagine where this world would be if people did not borrow, steal, or use ideas of others. If you ever see me in the middle of the lake don't mark the spot, I am probably just peeing, lol. How do you put that beeper on silent in case i want to try that tactic ? Just funning man. grin
