That's always a hard answer. There normally is not one lender that has the "best" rates. Some times there could be a small local CU that is running a special. That makes them the hot lrnder of the day but often most people don't qualify. Sometimes the lowest rate has a very short term that makes the payment unreachable for most.
Always need to look at the full picture and program.
Is the rate fixed?
Is it simple interest?
Is there a penalty for early payments or payoff?
Who qualifies for this rate?
Does model year come into play?
Does the amount borrowed affect the rate and term?
Lot's of things affect rate and term. Let us know if we can help.
Thank you,
Ken
