Umm... This is NOT libel. Nothing false about the thread. In addition, a forum is not considered a "publisher" under the law, so any libel claim against it or a poster will get tossed by the courts.

I caught a bass last Friday during our Friday night tournament and as I was bringing it in the boat I caught a glimpse of its tail bleeding. After I unhooked it, I looked at its tail had been cut noticeably shorter and was still bleeding.. its crazy what some people will do....
I released the fish back where I caught it, but was tempted to bring it too weigh in just to show the other guys...
Formerly known as progator james 2013 Skeeter FX21 with a 250 SHO... Love this boat!!

According to his Instagram, it appears he has a bass boat now. Pictures that were posted above in this thread with weird bass tails are still on his feed, too.

Regardless he is done on the tournament scene like Ryan Lovelace, most all trails I know have the rule if your were ever verified cheating you aren't eligible to enter. I'm sure he will try to weasel his way into some jackpots or wednesday nighters. His brother still appears to be fishing the kayak scene and posting length pictures with his hand over the bass just like lil bro...hmmm https://tourneyx.com/app/tourney/2018-kbf-trail-22-lake-whitney-tx

best deterrent to cheating is for tournament director to announce that once or twice a year a polygraph will be given to the winner and someone chosen at random in the top ten...doesn't have to be every tourney but I would think that guys fishing the trail would have no objection to the cost of a polygraph being taken out of the purse.....

Once or twice a year? How about atleast once a tournament. I think winner should always get polygraph and another random poly for others in the money.
