Saw one such event on Naconiche a year or so ago. My 6 year old fishes with me nearly every time I go, and has expressed his interest in tournaments with dad. What is out there for youth aged divisions?

Media Individual divisions have a Jr Angler division, I believe only requirement is the JR Angler must be under 16 years old.

Basschamps doesnt charge full entry if you have a child under 16 with you. Youll only pay his membership fee. Chad does a good job getting the kids involved at the scales. My son and I pulled out a win last year. Thirty years of hardcore fishing and it is by far my best memory😀
