Define Pro?

Most larger FLW/BASS tournaments have an observer in the boat

I'm sure they do have a license in every state. Usually they will show it at a different time. I fish the College BASS and FLW circuits and we show ours at the meeting the night before tourney starts. Have to have it to be entered. We buy a new one every state we go into.

They have to have a valid license for whatever state they are in. They are checked at registration for each tournament by B.A.S.S. or FLW officials

If someone ask a question and the first answer is correct why do people feel the need to respond with the exact same answer over and over??? bang

I actually asked Gary Klein that once, and he said they did have to have one for every state they fished.

I'm sure you have to have a lic.........., oh, I think someone already answered this question. Let's see, at 7:36, then at 7:48, and again at 8:07, and once more at 8:34. I guess we got this one covered. roflmao

Most generally, a pro will need a license to fish in every state, unless that person decides to not wet a line on that particular day. The next day he will need a license, only if he fishes and wishes to do so.

I shall pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.
