I am not much for weekend fishing but we had not been on the water for 4 days and most weekenders were packing up so the wife and I decided to go out. We fished from 2 to 5 pm and brought home one limit to replenish what we had been frying for company and tossed back twice that many. What made this trip so good was the wife catching a black nosed crappie. First I have seen this year.

We are catching a bunch of them at lake Graham. Don't remember a one last year.........Edit: Thought you were talking about black crappie.
