To many times I read stories about no-customer service on here, but I had a positive experience with Bob and the customer service team at Lews. I've been fishing Lews products for over 20 years and rarely have I had an issue until this issue I recently had with one of their rods. Bob ask me minimal questions assured me they would take care of my issue and wow, 10 days later I had a new rod at my doorstep. Thanks you Bob and the customer team at Lews, good customer service goes a long way...
