Part 2 of last week on Lake Palestine

Friday was Brant by himself. Brant originally was going to bring his family but the weather was calling for rain so decided not to,smart move. Got his limit then we went fun fishing. We went and checked some spots for my trip for the next day. Brant caught five or six nice big East Texas Slabs. Ended the day with 25 slab probably caught around 40 keeps.

Saturday was the Bradshaw family. Scotty son�s got him a Three Nails Guide gift certificate for Christmas so they cashed it in Saturday. This is these guys second trip with me. Both trips they have limited out with 75 fish. These guys drive three hours to catch giant East Texas Slabs. This family is one of the families that God has sent to me. Great Christian guys with always great fellowship with these guys. It was a blessed day to be able to sling 75 Big Slabs in the boat.

Sunday�s trip was canceled but got it re-booked at last minute. Trampas called and wanted to get his wife and family on some Crappie for a early Mother�s Day Gift. I really enjoyed fishing with this awesome family. I had one pile with some nice fish on it, so I pulled up to it and anchored the Minn Kota Ultrex. I went to the back of the boat and let them beat up on some good slabs. They catch one and sling it to the back of the boat I would take it off and they do it again. There where Big smiles on all faces. And you can�t go wrong fishing with kids. Hope you guys enjoy the fish fry!!!

All our fish were caught on jigs BoneHead Tackle stump bugs.

Looks like hammer time on those crappie.
