Fished it last Friday and Saturday for our church tournament. Still a lot of fish on beds. My best fish weighed 4.1#. But we also caught fish as deep as 12-14 feet.

It's crazy to read about Lake Cypress Springs. When I lived in Mt. Vernon, I and my fellow boy scout troopers camped and fished along the creek running through the "now" Cypress Springs. They had not closed off the dam and were clearing the trees. I can honestly say I walked along the bottom of Cypress Springs.

On average, your heart beats 100,000 times a day. One day, one of those heartbeats will be your last. Then what?

The answer is found in Jesus Christ who said "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10
