Drove over the upper lake on 2214 last Thursday and the "Chop-A-Block" ramp looked open. No one using it on this weekday but no gates, signs....or anything else suggesting the ramp was closed.

Will be open Monday from what I've "heard" from one of the county officials. There will be a buoy line stretching from the point that comes out from the dam, straight across to the cove just southwest of the dam. All other water is good to go, and technically they can't keep you off the lake right now.
If you want to fish around the dam, you can still use the dam ramp, otherwise, use Choc o Block.

I called over there to the City Water Dept last Friday and was told they planned on opening it back up on Saturday May 5th. I have not called back again to make sure.
