Is on full display at Grand Lake. Some vets who are the real deal, some semi-vets who always seem to hang around and some young guns who can flat out fish. THE way it should be!!!

Kvd is clearly the GOAT, but I’m super impressed with Jordan Lee. Not sure if he has a nickname or not, but it should be The Natural.. dude can just fish

AMart was dubbed the natural, and he is. But JL's a natural who's IQ doesn't get in the way of his fishing.

The future is bright!

Haha. I get what you're sayin. AMart overthinks a little sometimes, but he's amazing at zeroing in on a pattern within a pattern.

I’d like to picture jlee as an ole country boy who like to fish. That’s how he comes off to me at least

There is so much variability from tournament to tournament and year to year it would take I while for even a detailed study to draw any even semi valid conclusions about the effect of the No Info rule.

Just because a guy falls off his career average even for a whole year means little. Their is a list of guys that used to win some or place high in AOY that aren't even qualifying for The Classic. It's historically happened through the history of BASS.

According to some KVD was getting a huge amount of info. He should have never been able to win again without it.

How about the start that Roy Hawk is off to. Seems like a great guy and he is just goes out and does his own thing. I think he is leading both AOY and rookie points as well.

I remember when BASS came to Lake Lewisville about 10 years ago, About a dozen people on the TFF took them out to show them where to fish and what baits to use.

I always thought that was unfair and I tainted the sport

Glad to see they changed the rules

I was surprised by how much these guys seek info. I had a newer guy asking me for Rayburn last year and had a very big name guy fb message a buddy of mine after hamlet looking for info on Toledo 2 weeks before the tourney.
