Will be taking the 12ft crappie killer out to joe pool tomorrow for the bday was wondering how the spawn is going out there? are they still shallow on beds? I was going to try some coves around the lake and the creek. ANY info will help! Thanks guys

I would think there are fish shallow but I can't confirm. I would look shallow in the coves and then gradually work your way deeper till you find fish.

I caught them in a cove this morning off the bank. Still there, not much size.
