I am adding a new hook7 no the console. I plan on moving the H Bird helix 5 to the right as much as possible.
I will put the hook on the left, about 8-10 inches of clear space. If I run the new transducer cable in a different
channel will that stop or reduce interferance .Thanks

Where you put the displays has no effect on "interference".
The location of the transducers is what makes a difference as well as the frequencies selected.
They can cross-talk if the transducers are on opposite ends of the boat.
There are about a dozen Helix 5 models.
