Friend of mine is moving into a house where the previous owner (young healthy 25yo) had a sudden passing due to a gasoline fire flashback.

--no worries?
--call a priest for blessings and holy water?
--light some sage and waft it around the house?

All ghost-related questions go to Spags.

Bigfoot questions go to DaveDave or his press secretary, Dan.

Investigatory work done by police, the municipalities, and three inspectors says no.

Tell your friend to refrain from having any open flames near his gasoline and he should fare better than the previous owner.

Other than getting a low price for the house ("Mr Realtor, this story may affect the resale value if a future buyer ever learns of it"), I don't see a problem.

Im confused
Are you saying the new owner is seeing the ghost of the previous owner who died from a flame up of gasoline that did not happen at the house?

Think about that for a minute then find out what your friend has been smoking eating, or drinking.
