I'm looking to do some jug/ rod fishing in a couple of weeks. Any reports or tips?

I fish Belton a lot , catch some shad , putt them on ice , look for wind blown shallow points . look on your graph , find those cats and bait your jugs with your dead shad , let the jugs drift threw your fish you found on sonar and hang on ! I caught about 88 blues last weekend .go to you tube look up Belton lake fishing Steve Webb and hopefully my vedios will get you started .I hope this helps
