Howdy everybody! Saturday night my husband and i made some jigs, Sunday after lunch we went to try them out. We started out kinda slow but it got better as we moved to different spots. We found them in 17 fow we couldnt feel the thump we could just see the line move. Like 2hrs into our fishing we were approached by the GW that visit didnt go bad at all he was amazed we were catching crappie with jigs. He seemed impressed with our jigs he said he's never fished for crappie. I gave him 2 to try out.

We caught a few ditch pickles also but threw them back.

Hey, those ditchpickles are pretty tasty, grilled on the half shell with salsa!

If I ain't fishing, I ain't happy.
But mostly I'm happy.
I love being retired, the check is in the mail.
