I emailed Power Tech and no response. I know what it is for a Mercury prop with a Flo-Torque hub but not sure about the Power Tech.

if it's flo torque hub it's same as mercury prop

55 ft lbs with no forward bushing
100 ft lbs with forward bushing

rubber hub is 75 to 80 ft lbs

Thanks Steve. It is a rubber hub. Prop is an OFS3. Can't wait to get the Michigan Wheel off and test this prop.
