Just got all my Seadek installed on my Nucanoe. Now I just got to get all the accessories re-installed. My wife couldn't care less about this, but I am excited so I thought I would post a pic to show it off.

Probably about an hour (not including washing the kayak before hand). Went on easy. Took it out on Sunday and love the Seadek. Easier to stand on and much quieter on the the water (I am a klutz, so I drop a lot of stuff while fishing).

Looks really nice. I would have figured it to have been real tedious work with all those individual pieces.

What did you use to cut the Sea Dek pieces? Utility knife? Rotary blade?

What did you use to cut the Sea Dek pieces? Utility knife? Rotary blade? it comes in a Pursuit kit / template from Seadek. You could do it yourself but routing the edges to expose the secondary color underneath would be nearly impossible.

Looks pretty spectacular, Seadek does a nice job on their kits. Not inexpensive, but very sweet looking and functional. Congrats on a nice upgrade to your boat.
