taking my wife for a day on the lake and telling her how beautiful Cypress is. She can fish pretty darn well but want her to have a good day, how's the fishing?

Thanks,

Tom there was a lot of fish caught during the Ray Hubbard Bass Club a few weeks back and I would think it would be even better by now and should be quite a few gals up on beds during this full moon.
Hope you and the family are doing good.

Chatterbait or a swim jig on the sea walls was catching bucks a few weeks ago. Have fun

Hey jigfish. Have you been there before? I had always heard it was really scenic. I wasn't impressed. We couldn't find any fish either. We had much better luck fishing at Bob Sandlin. JMO.

Be safe,

With the warmer weather there should be some pleasure boaters and wakeboard boats to make life enjoyable.

Like any east Texas lake go shallow with a t rig plastic and a weightless senko or fluke

How did it go? I am headed out tomorrow. Last weekend was slow but the crappie were biting everywhere.

Started off pretty good yesterday until about 11. If you wanted a tug after that had to go small and catch the 8" Kentucky's.
