Went out today from 3pm till 6pm and finally found sandbass that would eat. Caught 35+ fish and about half were 8" and some 15". Sat in one spot off Murrell and just slow bounced a white/flake slab. 19' to 21' fow.

It's that time of year for Murrell, another couple of weeks and all the big girls will be done spawning and be ready to eat.

50/50 male female of the ones I kept. Had three 15" fish that day. Most caught were between 8" and 12". I kept 12 for a fish dinner. Caught more Saturday, but it was so windy I left after about an hour of the waves beating me up. Just slow and steady bite.
