For personal use? For weigh ins at tournaments? What are we talking about here?

Most folks will tell you Bogas. No doubt they are super nice scales and considered the gold standard in accuracy. That said they only measure in 1/4 pound increments and it's easy to miss-read them. I have a set I use to double check my digital scales on truly big fish, but I rarely use it outside of those special cases.

For the money I like this scale: Rapala digital scale on amazon

We use the Rapala Touch Screen, bought it at Academey. We weighed a fish when we caught it and It was within 2 hundredths of an ounce of the tournament scale yesterday. Fish had been in the live well about three hours. I’m sure there are bettter ones but for the price it seems pretty good and accurate.
