20 mph+ West wind (west means the worse), water clarity about 2", trying to get close to a shore line that would give a little protection from the wind. No sooner than I find a calm stretchh of shoreline, I see a school of Redfish about a hundred yards from me, blasting the surface in about 2' to 3' of water. Game on in a few minutes, limited out. I was hoping some Specks might be mixed in, or at least follow the Reds, but that did not happen. Every Red I caught ranged from 22" to just over 26" . Sabine Lake being surrounded by land, is a good thing on windy days. Full report, see Www.LuckyLindyCharters.com
