Ok. I know this is highly opinionated but what water temp is the absolute ideal water temp to get out there and catch the biggest or the most? I mean when you see a water temp report you say to yourself, “this is absolutely perfect. I caught an 8.2 yesterday in 59 degree water and a 10.3 in February with ice forming on my line. Maybe one temp is for biggies, one for numbers and one for ease of catching them. Just curious what gets your bass fishing blood going.

Contrats. on both of those good fish. Sounds like to me that your the man. It is not so much about the water temp. as it is getting the bait in front of a fish. If there is one up shallow, she is going to eat.

We caught bedding fish this weekend in 63 degree water. I like 62-68 for BIG spawners.
