Out of all the bad decisions I've made over the decades, if i could have one mulligan and only one...
Smoking, that would be mine.. The good lord didn't give me the wisdom at a young age to just leave them lay..
35+ years 1-1 1/2 packs per day..
I would pick that over bad marriages, bad business deals, etc..most of those won't kill ya.. if you smoke, the day WILL come when you'll regret it..

No idea honestly. Not going to college and learning a trade would be one idea, but then I wouldn't have met my wife. Waiting to go to college till I knew what I wanted to do might be it.

If I had one do it all over again, I know what it would be.
I would be a recent high school graduate, it would be '83, and I'd move to N.Y. city and try my "never give up" attitude and luck in the music business.
I would have made it with my songwriting. I'm sure I'd have been able to put a band around me and we would have had a good, long career.
Addendum: This means I would NOT be a college graduate, but I'd have learned to be okay with that choice.

If I chose one it would lower the value I place on some of the other things I did that I regret.
Unanswered prayers included, I think I did alright.

Wish I had stayed in school, ninth grade education and doing drugs didn't get me where I could have gone. Went cold turkey 11/8/94 from doing drugs and smoking 3 packs a day. Did every drug known to man kind and lived to tell about it. Retired last week as Head Custodian from an elementary school. Playing in puke and toilets for 12 years is what I get for doing what I did in my past. God is good!!

Stay in and retire from USN. Use GI Bill after USN to get a degree. Get another job to retire from.

I wouldn't have tapped a certain girl years ago when I was 18, and ruined her marriage. Other than that, I have been fortunate enough think things thru and I have done well so far I think.
