All things being equal but would you leave your job/profession if you could if money benefits etc were at least equal?

Money being equal? No way. I need at least 15% over what I have in order to make a move. I caved in and took 11.5% once, and I didnt like the move.

I would consider it. Would depend on work schedule and time travelling to/from work. Our office is about to move 3 miles from my house so that will be a nice change.

More, less, the same, it doesn't matter if you think you would enjoy it.
