My brother in law used to make extra cash in his woodshop. He would collect old fence panels when he could find em on the side of the road and use the slats to make picture frames and other crafty things to sell online. People pay good money for that "weathered" look.

Picture frames
Framed mirrors
Framed chalkboards
Etc...

It's more profitable if you already have the necessary equipment

Thinking about sitting at the corner of 154 and 515 out by fork and selling rebel flags and tamales.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

This is not a bad idea, I had a friend that had a couple hundred firework stands across Texas and Oklahoma. 1 month a year and made a fortune off of them.

Excellent plan. I can never have too many rebel flags, or tamales.

I was in Lancaster, PA last weekend...I was thinking of setting up an Uber-Buggy service.

I'd take the call and dispatch a buggy to go pick up a tourist.

I'd call it Eli, Amos, Levi and Sons Buggy Service.

I was in Seattle Washington at Pikes market place, there was a guy selling cold water for a dollar.

He had a large ice chest full of them. Underneath the waters there was cold beer for a 3 dollar donation.

Pretty good return on his money.

I thought that was something Constables did... I googled that job. Very interesting but seems to be a FT thing not PT. Once they finally let me go from here and give me that fat severance package I am going to look into being a process server. Seems to be in demand.

AND I would not have to manage people. I am so tired of managing people. Getting grown arse, educated, adults to act like they are not in High School has gotten old. No more direct reports is a requirement of my next career.

as mentioned earlier, get you a pressure washer and start knocking on doors....most convenience stores need sidewalk and gas pump areas cleaned on a monthly basis....fast food places need frequent cleaning also...depending on the climate where you live,mould/mildew can be a big problem on sidewalks/driveways/patios and shaded areas of houses....
