White Rock Creek was on the news,
they were showing trash everywhere.
Lets pick up our trash when we fish guys.
I know the wind blew in what was on the news, right?

I mentioned this elsewhere, giving a report on the Neches River white bass spawn, that it is so odd that most fishermen are nature lovers but many of them think nothing at all of just dropping wrappers, used tackle/string, dirty diapers, water bottles and coke cans . . wherever they are standing.

My dad taught me to leave the area cleaner than I found it, so I take a big trash bag and fill it up. Unfortunately this is never a problem. Even at beautiful places like the Highway 16 Brazos River Crossing.

Heavy rains always brings lots of trash downstream.

I used to think people were crazy with the comments of 'now the creek is all trashed by people....' until i saw pecan creek and noticed all the tackle packaging trash left behind... makes no sense to leave that stuff
