Considering buying a Xi5 trolling motor. Need advise on a new unit, 7 or 9 inch. I’m looking for a unit that provides great sonar & down imaging, no side scan. Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Elite Ti, Gen3 or Carbon all great units. See which one you can get with the HDI (sonar & downscan) transducer.

BTW, you will want the $20 mounting kit to install the HDI transducer onto your trolling motor.

Thanks, looking at the Elite Ti 7, anyone using this unit as a bow mount and what are you’re opinions? Any knowledge shared is much appreciated.
