Curious if fishermen pay any attention to the tables adjusted for location?
Do you pick your fishing time within the planned day based on projected peak times?
Not sure about the credibility of predicting the best time frame but definitely have observed times where small game and birds become active seemingly all at the same time.

I go more by what I see at the lake, you can tell when Mother Nature is asleep - no bugs, birds or wildlife moving around. And then all of a sudden something changes and it is on. Last week I was fishing a cove and the Sun came out strong causing an immediate plankton bloom. The bait rose up from the grass and drew the fish with them. I started catching nice fish just about every cast, then about 30 mins later the clouds moved in again and it was over. Here is a screenshot:
