Thanks Curtis,Leo,and Champion Fish for the replies.  Curtis: I have fished the creeks recently and the fish are getting active. This past rain has helped but several more soakings would really get the creeks in GREAT shape. Leo: Yes Sir that was the first Rio of the year! That is always a good sign! Champion Fish: I wish there were White Bass in the creeks I fish!

Good post and fish Chuck. You really work for them fishing those creeks! Also congrats on your first Rio of the season! Have you caught anymore? Also how does the creek fishing look for this year?

Thanks Gitter for the reply. Creek fishing is fantastic. Catching some really good fish and also catching a bunch of nice Rios! It's going to be a GREAT year fishing the creeks.

Going to be a super year for creek fishing. Also got 4.25" of rain the past two days!  This is really going to help the local water bodies.
